Job Description
Responsible to derive sales numbers from South India Livekeeping Centres
Manage the existing centres and devise strategy to open new centres
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goal
Assists in developing the sales plan
Assist the organization in financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
Build processes to manage existing tele-calling centres
Work with team to understand the customer requirements and improve product accordingly
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in outbound tele-calling process is
preferrable
Postgraduate
Meritorious candidate
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others
on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up
assumptions. recommendations, and drive actions
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong leadership and team building skills
