Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager at DOOGEE, you will be responsible for managing and driving the sales activities within your region. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand’s market share and involves strategic planning, team management, and significant client interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure motivation and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
