Fundamental Parameters:
• Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
• Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing), Diploma /BE-Civil or any Equivalent Qualification (Preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10-12 years
(Preference will be given to candidates experienced in Manufacturing of Paver, Tiles, AAC Blocks Industry and building material industry)

Requirements
Functional Parameters:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the paver industry within the assigned region, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Lead and oversee a high-performing sales team focused on selling paver products, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance assessments.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in the paver industry to identify strategic opportunities for business development.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, construction firms, contractors, architects, and distributors to drive sales and build a strong regional network.
• Collaborate closely with the corporate sales leadership to align regional sales goals with the overarching company objectives and initiatives.
• Establish challenging yet achievable sales quotas for the team, continuously monitoring progress and presenting regular reports to senior management.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge, sales skills, and market awareness.
• Oversee the management of the regional sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and efficient lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to localize campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies for maximum impact within the paver industry.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to product development teams, helping to refine existing offerings and introduce new paver products based on regional demands.
• Utilize advanced CRM tools and data analytics to streamline sales processes, track customer interactions, and generate actionable insights.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and terms with clients in alignment with company guidelines and profitability targets.
• Stay vigilant about competitor activities, technological advancements, and industry shifts, adjusting regional strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at significant paver industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the regional presence and foster industry relationships.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge of paver industry trends, construction practices, and sales methodologies to enhance the regional teams sales performance and effectiveness.

Requirements
Functional Parameters: 1. Develop and uphold quality standards for production processes. 2. Conduct regular testing and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. 3. Testing of all Raw materials (like Sand, Aggregate, Cement, and additives etc.) to check whether quality is appropriate for production or not. 4. Give the clearance to stores to unload the material after quality approval. 5. ensure the products dimension after pressing from machine (Length, Height, and width) is as per standard. 6. Identify and analyze defects, collaborating with teams for corrective actions. 7. Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, statistical reviews, reports, and corrective measures. 8. Prepare and send Test Report finished products is dispatched with vehicle. 9. Collaborate with production teams to enhance processes and reduce defects. 10. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks. 11. Evaluate incoming raw materials and components for quality assurance. 12. Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques. 13. Address customer concerns related to quality and contribute to customer satisfaction. 14. Use automated systems to perform testing procedures for FG Blocks (CS, Density, Dimensions, Abrasions, etc
