Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The position involves overseeing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and maximize profits, as well as collaborating with internal departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The role involves frequent travel to various locations for business purposes.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of sales success
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or a related field
