Position Overview
We are seeking driven Regional Sales Managers to generate qualified prospects and refer new business to Underdog Solutions. This is a commission based role ideal for a relationship builder with an existing network, a competitive edge, and a self starter mentality.
We are hiring 4 Regional Sales Managers and will actively evaluate performance, leadership, consistency, and sales execution across all hires after 120 days of employment. Top performers will be considered for advancement into a Director of Sales Operations role, a salary plus commission position with significant long term earning potential.
This is best suited for someone who thrives on autonomy, influence, and performance based income.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and leverage your personal and professional network to generate qualified leads
Refer prospective clients to Underdog Solutions for digital marketing services, with a hyper-focus on website design and SEO
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision makers
Accurately document referrals and prospect details
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of prospects
Represent the Underdog Solutions brand with professionalism and confidence

Compensation Structure
This is a commission only position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is paid per closed deal referred to the agency. High performers can generate substantialrecurring income.
Top performers will be considered for promotion into the Director of Sales role, which includes a base salary plus commission and expanded leadership responsibilities.
