Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DB Management
preferebly from Mobile / appliance industry
Qualification - degree pass with good communication skills
age limit - 32 - 42
male candidate required
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop sales strategy for the assigned market territory and thereby increase the revenue generation and market share.
· Plan, manage and expand the distribution channels in the assigned region
· Plan and implement local promotions and dealer schemes with respect to assigned region
· Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures to improve market share.
· Execute the brand visibility at retail point.
· Effectively lead and manage the sales team by communicating clear job expectations, monitor and evaluate their performance.
· Ensure timely availability of stock to facilitate the smooth functioning of distribution channel.
· Develop and implement marketing plans through local marketing team.
· Conceptualize and implement sales plan on sell in and sell out policies set by the organization and ensure accomplishment of business goals.
· Implement systems & process with the objective of better data capture, analysis & execution
· Identifying issues and the opportunities at Brand/Category level looking at internal and external trends
· Identifying gaps in terms of investment, infrastructure and work out corrective actions
· People planning as per region and target specifications
· Ensure brand visibility and awareness across Kerala in coordination with Marketing Team
· Providing right directions on execution, sales and process orientation
· Regular Sales performance review and feedback
· Identifying skill/competency gaps and working out Development Action Plans
· Recruit, Develop & retain quality manpower
· Work out a training calendar and implement the same.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
