Implement the organizational policies procedures, and ensure adherence by all zonal team members
Respect the mission, vision and values of the company and effectively communicate the same to the Zonal sales team
Forecast accurately and evolve monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan.
Ensure effective implementation of the sales management system
Monitor performance of the sales team and guide them to achieve their targets.
Review daily sales reports, conduct / attend periodical sales review meetings and correct the situations then and there.
Monitor performance of stockiest and support them to achieve their targets
Be aware of stockiest /retailer requirements and market situations.
