The company has been growing rapidly since its inception in 2010 from 4 members to more than 1200 employees today. With the headquarters in Pune, it also has presence in Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore. The company is also expanding through the Franchise route, with 500 stores across various states in India making it the second largest player in offline stores. Firstcry wants to emerge as a sole brand with equal presence in online and offline mode. Our plan is to have 1000 stores by end of 2026 .

Job Description:
• Execute the franchisee growth acquisition / dev strategy for the Company
• Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Pre-school franchise
• Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audience and pitch our proposition.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by ensuring centres are operationalized within the prescribed time limit as per organisation guidelines
• Meeting up with the prospect on a daily basis
• Should be able to generate leads through cold calls and schedule sales call within the prescribed geographical location
• Will be reporting to the Zone Manager on the activities and their outcomes on a daily basis
• Ensuring signups are as per profile prescribed by the organisation keeping the brand guidelines in mind
• Should be knowing the territory/region well through territory mapping
• Should be able to generate leads through the existing customers with the relationship skills
Requirement:
• Candidate should be passionate about sales and preferably from education industry and had worked with top brands in education
• Having work experience of more than 4+ years in education
• Should be a graduate /post graduate in any of the streams
• Must be an achiever throughout his career
