About the role :
Disprz is looking for a Street Smart Regional Sales Manager who has experience and will take the sales number to the higher level, in particular to India - West region
Responsibilities
• Manage the sales activities for our LMS platforms / L & D solutions in West geography of India, including partner development, business development and implementation, and ensure the company’s annual sales targets for the region is met
• Lead customer acquisition by generating leads through demand generation teams, providing online / in-person demonstrations to those leads and organizing pilots
• Use existing relationships to grow business to new clients and current accounts
• Write commercial proposals and lead commercial negotiation with clients
• Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently
• Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities
• Undertake other promotional activities that are likely to culminate in a purchase agreement
• Ensure prompt collection of receivables from our customers
• Lead our participation in promotion events like roadshows, conferences and media showcase events
• Help in authoring sales and marketing collateral, including websites, promotional material, concept and case study videos, etc.,
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer life cycle
• Build disprz Brand
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree / Post graduate degree in Business Management
• Minimum 5 to 7 years B2B enterprise experience in selling HR tech products / L & D consulting or someone who is understand Ed tech / E learning in B2B space
• Proven sales record in a reasonably sized market in West region of India
• Have good network of HR / L&D heads
