Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager with the primary responsibility of managing sales operations within the region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing key accounts, managing the sales team, monitoring market trends, and providing regular progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications
• Sales and Business Development experience
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase sales
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and generate new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team of sales professionals
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, marketing, or a related field
• Technical knowledge and experience in the medical and dental laser industry would be a plus
