REGIONAL HEAD - CHATTISGARH
Regional Head
Ø The Retail Sales Head position (National) is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with Agriculture Retail Customers.
Ø The Retail Sales Head will identify and build new opportunities to increase sales and profitability and has responsibilities directly related to: meeting with customers at their site, communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference providing subject matter expertise regarding soil health issues, advising customers on suitability of products and solutions based on their needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for sales, collections, and profits at the regional level.
Ø Prepare budget and sales plan in collaboration with the GM/ZM.
Ø Guide the team members and monitor the sales, collections.
Ø Responsible for designing and implementing schemes for promoting sales and conducting product demonstrations for old and new products.
Ø Develop and implement B2B strategies to meet company goals.
Ø Engage with farmers, dealers, distributors, and co-marketing companies to provide solutions and support.
Ø Handle App Admin panel related tasks, including data collection.
Ø Respond to inbound and make outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and generate leads.
Ø Maintain accurate records and reporting to support continuous improvement.
Qualification And Experience:
o B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MBA in agriculture or allied sciences with Minimum 10+ years of Experience in the sales of Agriculture Products & with relevant knowledge & experience of Agriculture.
