Job Description for post of RSM is given below:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for overseeing the sales plan for the Tuffbull Inverter, Solar, E-Rickshaw, Automotive and VRLA battery segments for the state of Orissa and Jharkhand. You will be responsible for expanding the company's footprint, overseeing the performance of local team, and achieving the business and revenue targets for the year.

Responsibilities
• Create and execute sales strategies for the state of Orissa and Jharkhand to expand the Inverter, E-Rickshaw, Solar, Automotive and VRLA battery segments.
• Expand the business network through appointment of new distributors/dealers and motivating the existing customers.
• Lead the local sales team (ASM, TSI etc.) to meet customer needs and achieve all monthly targets
• Collect market information, competitor's data and send a report to the management on a monthly basis
• Monitor Payment collection, billing and other warehouse activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong knowledge of battery market and good local contacts
• Excellent negotiation skills, written and oral communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
