Job Description
• Overcoming complex business challenges and making highstake decisions using experience backed judgment & irreproachable integrity; driving new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships to increase revenue
• Devising & effectuating gotomarket strategy of introducing products to win mutually beneficial deal; pioneering business development to enhance revenues by identifying market opportunities
• Providing consistent partner management to ensure partners developed their sales, presales and delivery capabilities inline with designed strategy
• Managing network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach
• Conceptualizing competitive business development strategies to develop market share for achievement of revenue & profitability targets and making the business viable for partners by ensuring healthy ROI
Candidate Requirement :
• Should be from Paint / Adhesive / Building Material Industry
• Building Material Product experience is mandatory
• Should have a strong North Region, working experience
• Team handling is a must .
