Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities: -
Purpose: - Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of Sleep well on a sustainable basis. Strategically build Sales
Team & Channels for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer
relationships.
Key Accountability: - Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer
Satisfaction, Team Development.
Key Decision: Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon
Competition.
Working Relation: Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs
/ market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the
market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for
branding/publicity support at local level. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all
financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
Qualification: Candidates Should be MBA/ PGDM Full Time Qualified (NMIMS,
FMS Delhi IIM, IRMA, SCMHRD, SIBM, XLRI, SP Jain, IMT Gzb, Institutes Only
