We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated regional sales leader reporting to the Commercial Director ANZ to manage our high performing sales team across VIC/SA/TAS/WA. In collaboration with your team, and through your strong background in orthopaedic sales and people management, you will drive sales and growth of Corin's portfolio of products to new and existing customers within your territory. This is a full-time, ongoing position and will be based out of our Victorian office, with our Head Office located in Pymble on Sydney's North Shore.

The role:
Develop and foster a high performance and engaged culture through the leadership and management of your sales team including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance management, motivating, training and development of staff.
Manage and facilitate the attainment of new business whilst maintaining current key client relationships through disciplined opportunity management and key account management processes.
Manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the sales team within your region, including sales related activities and case coverage.
Create and implement the sales and pipeline plans for new and existing products.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients including price negotiations.
Input to consignment stock, marketing events and exhibitions, facilitation of tender application processes.
Assist with forecasting inventory requirements and setting stock levels to enable the Company to maintain adequate implant and instrument stocks.
About You:
Relevant bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within orthopaedics sales.
Prior experience and knowledge working within hip or knee replacement essential.
Proven experience in leading, motivating and directly managing a sales team.
People focussed and results orientated.
Self-motivated and an exceptional communicator both in one on one and group settings.
High level of business acumen, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
The ability to liaise with high level surgeon opinion leaders.
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant techniques, skills, equipment, procedures and materials
Excellent presentation, negotiation and time management skills
Creative with the ability to think outside the square, showing a high level of initiative
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
The ability to travel up 50% of the time
