Creation of supply chain network through appointment of Pharma / Ayurvedic stockists to ensure a coverage of targeted doctors/ retails / pharmacy counters
oRecruitment of TSEs with relevant background, network to ensure a quality launch
oConducting CRM activities as per marketing plan of the Organization
oStrong area knowledge of HQ & other major markets and relation with KOLs
oEnsuring prompt and correct reporting through software and providing quality feedback for improvisation of strategy
oMaintaining administrative control of the team
