The position is intended to be based out of Bengaluru which is responsible for the Channel development and Sales within South and West India.
Reporting to Director Sales Operations
Job Overview:
The RSM based out of Bengaluru preferably will be responsible for the South and Western territory developing the Channel partner network. The same consists of the Regional distributors and System Integrators base. The position is expected to generate a run rate sales monthly basis and to fulfil the target business expectation from the territory which will be decided by the management
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Channel Development–development new channels ,recruit new Partners and support them to generate the end user sales
• Targets – the position is a target driven for the sales , Channels partners and partners conducting the regular business which is evaluated on monthly/Quarterly and Annual basis
• Key performance Indicators – the position will be measured against the key performance indicators relating to the knowledge enhancement , skill development and process orientation, team building and team participation
• Remote position – the person is expected to work from home for the desk based jobs other than the field activities and the person is expected to be comfortable till the branch is opened in the territory
• Reporting – the position will be reporting to the Director Sales/ M.D and carryout sales activities based on the management direction using his/her creativity and skills
• Travel within territory – The person will be required to travel 50-60% of the time for the job related activities and expected to be comfortable
• CRM tool and adherence to process – the person is required to adherence to the data updation on the sales CRM tool on daily/weekly basis maintaining the up to data on the territory pipeline/ channel partner details being as remote position.
Minimum Qualifications & Job specification:
• Education level – Graduate in any disciple having technological inclination
• Experience – minimum 5 years in selling the digital signage solutions with an OEM/Distributor or System Integrators in South or west region in India specifically.
• Specific skills. – customer oriented and having sales experience in the channel development/ and or direct sales of Digital Signage solutions comprising of Hardware and software
• Personal characteristics. – fit to travel and conduct field activities
• Communication and language skills- should be able to communicate clearly both in written and verbal communication having knowledge of English, Hindi and local languages will be an added advantage
