The candidate will have to ensure the development of new markets, implements customers strategies and keeps track of competitors.The candidate will work in Sales Function and will report directly to National Head – Sales & Business Development.Responsabilitiesmonitor and develop new business opportunities: offer new products for different applications at competitive prices, mantain healthy relationships with OEM's, finalize the budget figures and ensure complianceanalyze the market in order to define a commercial strategymonitor and implement customer centric strategies for achieving budgeted salesbuild and maintain customers relationships (face-to-face customer interaction)ensure customer satisfaction: imparting knowledge to customer on our new products/applicationbe responsive to costumer’ needsensure policy compliance from distributors: ensure timely sales/Inventory/receivable reports, statutory compliances, Compliance in line with distribution agreementexplore and develop New Markets & increase market share: identify new product application. Explore new customers and pockets to develop market. Plan and make strategy, negotiate with Key and potential customers and suggest Sales Head on issues like price and long-term business relationshipmotivate and Guide team to achieve organisation goalsmonitor competitors’ activities on the marketTechnical Knowledgesales knowledge: experience in direct negotiation with customersmath skills in order to calculate margins, commissions, preparing formula-price and costingknowledge/experience of/in the market, preferably the plastic sectorknowledge of CRM Module/Siebel and SAP are considered a plusknowledge of Windows programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointJob requirementsbechelor’s or any Post Graduated Degree - Specialization in Polymer is preferredminimum 10 years of experience in similar rolesprevious experience in Chemicals/Plastics/Rubber/Polymers IndustriesLocation : Home Office – Mumbai/Pune
