Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (B2B) to drive revenue growth, manage key enterprise accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team across the assigned region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B solution-based selling, channel management, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Drive B2B revenue growth through direct sales, key accounts, and channel partners
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area / Territory Sales Managers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region
• Build long-term relationships with key B2B clients and stakeholders
• Manage large enterprise and strategic accounts
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and budgets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and compliance

Pay: ₹400, ₹550,000.00 per year
