We provide convenient, cost-effective textile rental services, commercial linen, uniforms and washroom hygiene - our expertise runs deep and wide.
We're looking for a Regional Sales Trainer to ‘hit the ground running' in our South Island network. This newly established position will report to the National Sales Training Manager and will support the preparation and delivery of coaching and sales support.
About the Role
The Regional Sales Trainer plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth in New Zealand by delivering effective, continuous, and hands-on coaching, training, and support to our established Sales teams.
You will collaborate closely with the Branch and Business Managers to maximize the Sales performance of our South Island teams.
Alsco Uniforms supports a flexible work policy - we welcome applicants from anywhere in the South Island - this role will require frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the induction of all new members of the Sales team - show them the Alsco way!
Coach, train and support our Sales team
Support the development of route sales activity for our Service department
Document and manage individual sales coaching plans
Provide priority coaching and training to Salespeople who need more assistance
Support the delivery of L&D programmes focused on technical and core competencies
Proactively identify any challenges in the sales team and sales process and implement solutions.
Foster a growth mindset in the sales team by promoting ongoing development and continuous improvement.
Support the development of route sales activity for our Service department.
Skills & Experience:
Extensive sales experience preferred
Strong sales training experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, and knowledge-sharing
A genuine passion for developing people, with a focus on continuous improvement and impact.
Excellent general market knowledge, including current trends and best practice.
Strong customer service focus
Experience exceeding sales targets
