Position – Regional Training Manager
Desired Experience, Skills and Knowledge
• Graduate (preferably an MBA from a reputed B-school)
• Total work experience of 10 years with at least 4-5 years in L & D function
• Candidates with experience in Banking or BFSI will be preferred
Job Objectives
The incumbent will be responsible to implement the Bank’s L & D solutions viz product, process, soft skills and systems training.
The incumbent will be pre-dominantly responsible for managing the employees learning & development cycle within stipulated guidelines and norms of the organization and ensure successful delivery end-to-end management of learning projects.
Job Responsibilities
Identification & Planning of Learning Needs
• Conducting comprehensive TNA and assessing the skills and knowledge in the business and determine learning interventions required to grow and retain their skills.
• Basis identification of Training needs, create delivery plan in consultation and partnership with Stake-holders and ZH as applicable.
• To assist Zonal Training Manager in preparing Training MIS, Training Dashboard and Training data.
• Work closely with all the important stake-holders like Channel Heads, Product Heads, Regional Heads in capturing Needs for the Zone/Geography on an on-going basis.
Delivery & Execution
• Liaison with the product team to get the training material, best practices sharing for customizing the learning modules.
• Deliver classroom trainings in line with the strategy of L&D plan and the bank’s end objectives.
• Facilitating Training programs.
• Work closely with Zonal Training Manager to ensure smooth execution of the program in the defined geography.
Stake-holders Engagement and Management
• Act as a single point of contact for all L & D needs and requirement in the assigned business.
• Act as a partner between the internal partners and Zonal Training Manager to discuss and devise learning strategies.
• Consult with business stake-holders in identifying and suggesting development inputs that helps solve business challenges from an L & D perspective.
Driving Mandatory Programs
• Ensure coverage of all mandatory modules within the established time-frame.
• Delivering coverage of new joiners within defined time-lines.
• Support Central MIS Team in training data consolidation and publish training dashboards to all the stake-holders
