Organisational Wellbeing at CFA
Organisational Wellbeing sits within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Department and is focused on the strategic direction, support, advice and service of psychological health and safety for members. This includes the provision of psychological response programs, such as peer support and EAP, mental health promotion and early intervention services including psychological first aid and psychoeducation.
About the Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about supporting the psychological health and safety of others. You bring a strategic mindset, strong people leadership skills and the ability to deliver high quality, consistent wellbeing services through others.
In this role you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Member Wellbeing Advisors, ensuring the delivery of expert support to CFA members. You are someone who can bring structure and clarity – ensuring systems, processes and workflows enable responsive, efficient and effective service delivery.
Working closely with the Organisational Wellbeing Manager, you are comfortable contributing to strategic direction, responding to emerging issues and identifying opportunities to enhance services. You have a continuous improvement mindset and can develop practical, evidence-based support services suitable to the CFA environment.
Importantly, you are skilled at influencing and building capability in others and partnering with CFA leaders to strengthen their confidence and effectiveness in managing wellbeing within their teams.

About you
To succeed in this important role, you will be a registered psychologist or qualified in psychology, social work, mental health nursing or a related field.
You bring significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of psychological health and safety experts. You will demonstrate experience at a strategic level, managing and advising on complex mental health and relationship issues with knowledge of best practice principles.
With expertise in communicating at all levels of an organisation, your leadership skills will be underpinned by demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
Please note, you must be prepared for remote work, overnight stays, and after-hours work at times. A full driver's licence is required, a vehicle will be supplied for use by the successful applicant.
