We'll be recruiting talented Mobile Engineers specialising in Andriod and iOS development over the coming months to work across our ever evolving and expanding Gymshark Training and Gymshark Shop app. With an amazing team in place at the moment that consists of Developers at all levels, this could be the opportunity for you to expand and share your own knowledge and be part of a truly collaborative development community!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Providing and utilising knowledge of at least one mobile programming language
• Conducting mobile testing processes
• Regularly using Branching Strategies (I.e. GitFlow)
• Building process post-PR
• Actively using Software Architecture principles, design patterns and system design concepts
• Writing unit tests and creating test doubles
• Creating and role modelling high standards to ensure consistency
• Actively engages with UI/UX principles
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, C++, Swift, Python
• Strong coding ability, from either cold start or iterating on legacy code
• Hands-on delivery of Mobile solutions according to the sprint backlog
• Implementing solutions that deliver genuine value to their users
• Performing a suitable degree of testing against a given solution before delivery
• Performing issue diagnosis using external tools to find the root cause
• Actively engaging with UI/UX where there are contradictions to Human Interface Guidelines/Material Design.
• Inputting towards the overarching solution design
This is a hybrid role and would require the successor to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
