Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care, assessing individual needs and developing personalised care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, documenting any changes or concerns promptly.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Experience

A valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant nursing authority is required.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in patient care practices.
Strong knowledge of anatomy is essential for effective assessment and treatment of patients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
