Attractive Salary $++,000 to $105,000 + Super + Salary Sacrificing

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Aberlea Inc., you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and fostering a compassionate environment for residents.

Main Responsibilities

Provide person-centred clinical care to residents

Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)

Work closely with residents and their families to understand their needs

Coordinate assessments, treatments, and documentation to meet regulatory standards

Collaborate with Medical and Allied Health providers

Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with experience in aged care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care with the ability to make prompt, informed decisions in line with policies and protocols

Postgraduate qualification in Gerontology or Aged Care Management (desirable but not essential)

Hold National Police Check and NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
