Clinical Experience

Responsibilities
In the role of a Registered Nurse / Care Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be conducting and developing aura’s unique at-home preventative health check, with a focus on clinical quality and member experience
As part of aura’s founding team, you’ll also play a key role in developing aura’s overall care experience strategy and supporting development of aura’s clinical operations and product
Conduct home visits safely, professionally, and in compliance with aura care standards with tests including (but not limited to) the following
Training will be provided
- Fluid sample collection, including processing and drop-off of blood samples to lab partners
- Blood pressure
- Ultrasound
- Physical fitness tests
Document processes and patient information in Salesforce, to ensure updated reporting and patient records
Be able to understand and effectively present information about aura, aura’s preventative care framework, and each of our preventative care tests to members and other external stakeholders
Serve as the first point of contact for members, fielding clinical and operational questions + conducting care coordination with medical partners (e.g., for referrals)
Collaborate with / Provide support to an interdisciplinary team of clinicians + product, operations, and sales team members
Help maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
Relay member feedback on aura products and procedures

Role

Skills / Experience
Clinical Experience

• ER and critical care experience is a plus
Communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills; presentation skills or public speaking is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and bedside manner; experience or passion for patient experience is a plus
• Effective written communication skills (e.g., emails, process documentation)
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team but execute independently
Other
• Highly organized with strong process skills
• Tech savvy is a plus, with the ability to use and learn systems such as Slack, Salesforce, etc.
