Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Cobram (Irvin House)

EFT/Hours: 0.8 EFT (32 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status: Permanent Part Time (x2 Positions)

Salary/ Hourly rate: Pt $41.3632 to $52.2026 plus 12% superannuation

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Irvin House.

As a Registered Nurse in our aged care team, you will take a proactive leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our residents. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised nursing care in accordance with current professional standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and NCN Health policies and procedures.

You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes for residents, while also supporting and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers. This role plays a vital part in promoting resident independence, dignity, and quality of life in a compassionate and respectful environment.

About You

Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)

Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)

Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Demonstrate competence in basic computer skills
