Responsibilities :

- Assessingplanning implementing and evaluating patient care plans inconsultation with healthcareprofessionals.
- Evaluating medical informationas well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing careto pre and postsurgery patients.
- Preparingadministering and recording prescribedmedications
- Change dressings insert cathetersand start IVs.
- Adjust specialized medicalequipment as needed as well as interpret and recordmeasurements.
- Monitor patients vitals andreport adverse reactions to medicationspromptly.
- Collaborate on discharge planningwith the healthcare team.
- Answer questions andeducate patients and their families on surgical procedures andpostsurgery care.
