Mō te tūranga nei | About the Job:

At Allevia Hospital Epsom we have permanent positions of 0.6 FTE or more available in our beautiful brand new purpose built 12 bed ICU/HDU, where approx. 50% of ICU cases are cardiothoracic. Shifts are 12 hrs and rostered across 24/7 (plus on call). As an ICU RN at Allevia, although your 'home' will be ICU, you will also help out as needed in the adjoining cardiothoracic surgical ward (CTU).

Ngā kōrero mōu | About you:

You will have Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current APC. You have at least 2 years current experience in a surgical ICU within NZ or a similar hospital environment e.g. Australia, UK, Ireland. You have excellent clinical skills, you're confident in your practice and you are able to work autonomously. You relate well to a wide variety of customers including patients and their families, the multidisciplinary team, and surgeons.
