Independent Vet Hospital in Bedford is seeking a new RVN to join their busy, friendly team. With no OOHs and a fantastic salary of between £21,000-£31,000 depending on experience!

An exciting opportunity has become available for a RVN looking for the next step in their career, working in a busy hospital setting alongside over 10 Vets and 20 RVNs, including multiple certificate holders and a variety of interests and specialisms. The teams experience and varying case-load will make the position of RVN an in interesting one at this independent hospital as no two days will be the same and exposure to a diverse range of cases and the well equipped facilities will give the successful candidate a wonderful opportunity to enhance their clinical nursing skills.

The practice believes in investing in its staff and as well as a generous salary of up to £31,000 they are willing to offer a generous CPD allowance and are happy to fund certificates on a case by case basis. This coupled with the lack of OOHs and the fantastic work-life balance, makes this opportunity one to not be missed!

Key Duties
• The position is full time and over 5 days, each shift is 8 hours and vary between 7.30am and 8pm and in addition there are no on call or OOHs requirements, making it ideal for a fantastic work-life balance.
• This role involves a variety of Nursing duties including anaesthesia, inpatient care, consulting and much more. All of which are expected to be carried out with a high standard of care to patients.
• Support will be given to less experienced RVNs by more experienced members of staff and there will be fantastic opportunities for development of nursing skills for all levels of experience.
