Registrar
Applicants must be bilingual in English/Spanish
Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including enrollment, grades, and transcripts.
- Coordinate course registration and scheduling for students.
- Provide academic advising to students, assisting them in selecting courses and creating a plan for degree completion.
- Educate students on academic policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure compliance with academic regulations.
- Process requests for official transcripts and other student records.
- Assist with graduation processes, including degree audits and certification of completion requirements.
- Manage student information systems and databases.
- Stay informed about changes in academic policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a registrar's office or similar administrative role preferred.
- Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with student information systems.
