About the role
As the Regulatory Administrator you will provide professional business administration and support to the Animal Control Team. You will play a crucial role during the annual dog registration process.
The Regulatory Administrator is also responsible for:
Providing timely resolution of regulatory administration enquiries both internal and external.
To provide support the wider team in the day-to-day operational management of regulatory administrative functions.
Be able to perform under pressure at times.
This role is 7-month fixed term to cover parental leave, starting in December 2026 through to July 2026.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who is comfortable contributing and working towards results in a group setting. You will have previous experience in an administration function.
You will also have:
Customer service experience
You will be a confident communicator and able to build positive relationships when dealing with internal and external customers.
High level of digital literacy.
Articulate communication skills both verbally and written.
Detail orientated and process driven you can use your initiative and enjoy making improvements.
