Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation - M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics – Preferred)
Preferred Certifications:
Certification in any of the following will be preferred:
• Medical Writing
• Manuscript Writing
• Regulatory Affairs
About the Role:
We are looking for a Regulatory & Medical Writing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in developing impactful, scientifically accurate, and regulatory-compliant content across the following sectors:
• Personal Care
• Nutraceuticals
• Animal Nutrition
• Food Sector
The ideal candidate should possess strong scientific writing skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical & Scientific Content Writing
• Create scientifically sound, well-researched, and impactful content based on published research articles and scientific literature.
• Develop high-quality technical content for:
• Formulators
• Researchers
• R&D experts
• Technical teams
• Prepare scientific messaging and product communication content for leading brands in India.
Manuscript & Journal Writing
• Draft, edit, and review manuscripts, research papers, and technical articles.
• Prepare content suitable for publication in Q1 and Q2 journals.
• Ensure all writing adheres to scientific standards, referencing norms, and publication guidelines.
Regulatory Writing & Compliance
• Understand and manage regulatory documentation requirements for products and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in:
• Personal Care
• Nutraceuticals
• Animal Nutrition
• Food sectors
• Prepare and review regulatory documents, claims substantiation, product dossiers, and technical files.
Marketing & Technical Communication
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams for technical content creation.
• Prepare content for:
• Email marketing campaigns
• LinkedIn and social media posts
• Product brochures
• Technical presentations
• Website content
