Roles & Responsibilitie
• s:
Keeping track of regulatory guidelines and implementation for Digital Developments / Proce
• ss.Review/analysis of digital processes, Identification of regulatory gaps and resolving/fixing the process in adherence to Digital /Bank process / regulatory guidelin
• es.Liaising with Internal as well as external auditors to conduct audit in a seamless manner for Digital Banking produ
• ct.Monitoring of open audit points and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure closu
• re.Providing product walkthroughs to audito
• rs.Co-ordinate with Products / IT on various process/System gaps and ensure same gets fixed/correct
• ed.Legal support for Digital Banking related vendor/BC agreements. Closure of legal drafts in consultation with Bank Legal te
• am.For vendor on-boarding – providing end to end support to internal teams to obtain approval from various stakeholders like Legal ,ORM, Compliance, IRM e
