This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as a Regulatory Compliance Manager Designation: Regulatory Compliance Manager Experience: 5+ years of work in Internal Audit, testing and banking compliance skills Education: CA Industry: BFSI Location: Mumbai Job Role: - To oversee the efficient execution of Risk Based Inspection under RBI; - To work in tandem with SSM and RBI to handle daily requests from RBI; - To supervise, review, and approve business compliance reports (actions taken) in response to RBI inspection findings; and - To compile and present the compliance status to the Board and RBI. The tasks include creating and carrying out sustenance checks, communicating with internal audit and risk departments to improve compliance, and gathering and submitting the data that the RBI requests for Risk Based Supervision (Tranche 1, 2 and 3).
