Global Sanctions & Embargoes Transformation & Governance Control (Transformation & Control) is a key contributor to protect the Bank from sanctions and embargoes risks. It manages and controls the risks in a proactive and professional manner.
The Surveillance Operations strategic and change team is primarily responsible for managing the CTB related tasks of Regulatory Filtering areas and our key responsibility are focused on Release Management, Regulatory List Management, Good Guy Management, Parameter Management & Crisis Management for all Regulatory Filtering applications globally and predominantly work closely with IT/AFC stakeholders to deliver effective and efficiency related changes for all regions.
The Sanctions Strategy, Change and Automation function consolidates strategic initiatives, change and automation activities in the sanctions and embargoes space ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

Your key responsibilities
• Responsible to ensure high quality standards delivery protecting the bank from legal, regulatory and reputational risk within scope area
• Actively contribute to develop automation / innovation ideas to increase efficiency
• Support team lead to ensure timeliness is maintained and reports are distributed to all concerned after due checking.
• Support the remediation of identified issues (e.g. audit issues, self-identified issues)
• Supporting key projects in sanctions space
Your skills and experience
• Experience and/or academic degree in financial services industry with focus on sanctions and embargoes
• Knowledge of the payments and/or securities and/or relevant experience in one or more specific technical areas, in particular in sanctions and embargoes
• Strong Analytical and Database skills
