Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Writing user case stories and test scenario for quality review of regulatory reports
Performing risk assessment & identify process gaps and build controls
Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies
Provide recommendations for improvements to business processes.
Build process knowledge to develop & maintain a strong control adherence
Learn how to review key metrics to aid in workflow, report accuracy, completeness and SLA adherence.
Work on continuous improvement in functions tested - identifying alternatives that are effective & practical and Identify key issues, trends, observations and effectively report summary results to key stakeholders
Lead change management, partner with CRMO leads and stakeholders to help define business case for changes that would improve processes/reporting and see them through to implementation.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
At least +-12 years of relevant experience in experience in Risk & Control, Audit, Quality Assurance
Professional experience as a Quality Analyst, Risk Manager, Project Manager preferred
Skills and experience interacting with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus
