The Opportunity

Step into a role where your judgement, writing skills, and attention to detail directly protect Tabcorp, our customers, and the integrity of our industry. In this role, you’ll join our Regulatory Reporting team within Group Risk and sit at the heart of our Financial Crime Operations function. You’ll work closely with Transaction Monitoring and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence teams, transforming investigative insights into high-quality regulatory submissions that meet and exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

This is a role for someone who enjoys purpose-driven work, values accountability and collaboration, and wants to deepen their expertise in financial crime, risk, and regulatory reporting within a supportive, high-performing team. You’ll review investigative outputs and deliver clear, defensible regulatory reports that stand up to scrutiny. This includes:

Reviewing unusual activity reports and determining regulatory reporting outcomes
Drafting and lodging high-quality suspicious matter reports to the regulator
Translating complex investigations into clear, factual, and compelling narratives
Partnering with investigation and due diligence teams for timely case handovers
Identifying opportunities to uplift reporting quality, structure, and consistency
Contributing insights into emerging typologies and systemic reporting themes

Experience working in line one or line two risk, compliance, or financial crime teams
Proven ability to draft clear, accurate, and defensible regulatory submissions
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and expectations
Exceptional attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive information
Ability to work calmly and accurately in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
Collaborative mindset with strong communication across diverse risk teams
