Job Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing a risk management process covering financial, operation impact
Performing risk assessment & analyzing current risks and identifying potential risk
Perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for addressing identified deficiencies and p rovide recommendations for improvements to business processes.
Build process knowledge to develop & maintain a strong control adherence, analyze problems & find solutions
Learn how to review key metrics to aid in workflow and SLA adherence.
Lead change management, partner with CRMO leads and stakeholders to help define business case for changes that would improve processes/reporting and observe them through to implementation.
Analyzing issues and paving way for continuous improvement in functions tested, identifying alternatives that are effective, practical and appropriate and i dentify key issues, trends, observations and effectively report summary results to key stakeholders
Support a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocol and r eporting the KPI/KRI to the management on periodic basis
Required Qualifications, skills and Capabilities:
At least 7-+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA, PMP certification a plus
Professional experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst preferred
Skills and experience interacting with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus
Problem solving / Analytical skills able to synthesize large data & formulate appropriate conclusions.
