R01+41+0Role DescriptionWhat we'll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you'll enjoyBest in class leave policyGender neutral parental leaves100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral)Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life InsuranceComplementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and aboveYour key responsibilities Lead Quality Assurance CAT (Completeness, Accuracy and Timeliness) Team for RCP Regulatory Reporting Operations including taking the responsibility and accountability for QA team deliverables.Define QA framework and manage the end-to-end implementation of the same finalize methodologies to identify samples and allocate work across the team and ensure the QA framework is always updated and aligned with relevant regulatory requirements.Responsible to ensure the QA team manages its deliverables in line with QA framework and provides all the required support, direction and guidance to the team to ensure end to end execution.Develop a robust Quality Assurance Plan to ensure that all relevant regulatory requirements and business controls are assessed, and adherence is appropriately monitored.Engage with the Operations management and stakeholders for solutioning on the gaps/process improvements/quality reviews aligned to regulatory/risk framework.Review and disseminate documentation received outlining issues identified by the Regulatory Reporting teams, data providers, or other key stakeholders.Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to socialize issues, validate and/or acquire information required for the purposes of assigning an issue severity rating (including determining whether the issue is recurring or systemic).Confirm and document whether issues resulted in an error to a balance previously reported in a regulatory filing.Evaluate issues to identify those with the same or a similar root cause and aggregate the impact assessment across such issues.Perform root cause analysis of issues to assist in determining the source of problems.Utilize Jira to effectively categorize and track issues raised during the testing cycle.Review issues reported by the reporting team and identify root cause, analyze robustness of remediation plan and prepare summary for monthly reportingProvide regional support in the regulatory framework by addressing exceptions within reporting inventory tool, follow ups for periodic signs of various forms within the inventory tool, annual attestation, etc.Validate transaction capture through regulatory reporting processes and assess the internal control environment by conducting walkthroughs and performing control and sample data testing.Aggregating issue documentation into a single-issue assessment log, along with the results of the impact assessment, and publish the log monthly.Co-ordinate monthly issue management meetings and compiling a monthly issue management PowerPoint presentation to escalate high and moderate severity issues.Analyze identified issues for their impact on capital and other upstream and downstream processes or systems, as well as communicating and escalating observations.Co-ordinate
