An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Regulatory Services Investigation Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Coordinator Environment & Regulatory Services, you will carry out regulatory functions in compliance with Legislation and Councils policies to protect and enhance the environment of Camden and the health and safety of its community.

Essential:
Relevant Council regulatory training such as Certificate IV in Local Government (Regulatory Services) for Law Enforcement Officers, alternative relevant industry experience, or demonstrated transferable skills
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with a strong customer service focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to apply Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO), Work Health & Safety (WHS) and ethical practice principles and to act with probity at all times
Desirable:
Broad understanding of relevant regulatory legislation
Experience in conflict and dispute resolution
