Pay Range between $38.78 - $43.42 per hour + 12% Super

The Role
Reporting to the Manager Regulatory Services and based in Windsor, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of Council’s Regulatory Services Branch. Working closely with the Manager, Coordinators and specialist teams, your main role will be to triage, respond to and manage customer requests and support the day‑to‑day operations of the Regulatory Services Branch.
About You
You enjoy connecting with people and your communication skills ensure your engagement with customers, colleagues and external agencies is second to none. You take a proactive approach to supporting teams, managing competing priorities and delivering accurate, timely outcomes.
You will ideally bring experience in administrative, regulatory or customer service support roles, strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, a professional and responsive approach to customer enquiries and stakeholder engagement and you will approach your work with energy and positivity.
Essential Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in law, business administration and/ or extensive demonstrated experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of legislation and regulations
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Proven ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and work on multiple projects at any one time
Current Class C Drivers Licence
Working With Children Check
Desired Experience
Tertiary Qualifications a regulatory discipline
Previous experience working in government Regulatory Services
