Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rehabilitation Consultant team at Recovre. This role will be based in Adelaide. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to protecting and promoting the possibility for everyone, helping clients thrive through effective rehabilitation and support.
We will count on you to:
Build trust with clients and establish collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury, collaborating to problem solve and achieve safe and sustainable recovery
Conduct thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace, and Ergonomic evaluations
Manage cases and reporting while traveling to clients and working flexibly from home or the office
What you need to have:
Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist
Registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation (AEP)
A commitment to Recovre’s mission and values, whether you are an experienced professional or a new graduate
Experience in job seeking, return to work, vocational assessments, and vocational support
