Our client is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists to join their team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. With numerous opportunities available across Sydney and Regional NSW, this is your chance to take your career to the next level.
This role is based in Sydney, NSW.
This RTW provider is fast-growing with a fantastic onboarding programme for new starters so you can learn the role with the support of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across a range of sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims
Conducting assessments such as functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans
Case management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records
Building relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties
Participating in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities
Contributing to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
Benefits:
Salary of $75,000 - $110,000 + Super
