Are you a visionary business banker with a passion for building meaningful relationships in the healthcare sector? Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity as Relationship Executive (health) is now available in our BOQ Specialist team! As the Relationship Executive supporting the health portfolio, you will be responsible for driving the direction and performance of the portfolio, including client acquisition, volume/margin targets, and maintaining primary client relationships and customer satisfaction. Partnering with the dedicated portfolio Analyst, you will develop and maintain ongoing, high-quality client relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate proactively with clients and their accountants, understanding their financial objectives and implement plans to achieve these goals.

About you
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in commercial lending, with small or medium business experience being desirable. You will be a team player with the ability to meet KPI targets and possess strong analytical skills.
Additionally, you will have strong relationship management skills to build strong and long-lasting relationships, great problem-solving abilities to be able to provide tailored solutions to customers financial needs, solid commercial acumen and an unrelenting customer focus: always putting the customer at the heart of your decisions.
