As a Relationship Executive within the Commercial Banking and Specialized Industries Insurance Services team, your role is to act as an “individual contributor†to the firm, working with the team’s Managing Director and Insurance Services teammates to grow the business profitably. You will work directly with the Managing Director to evolve the discipline’s strategy and partner with your Insurance Services teammates to execute our strategy.Â

As a Relationship Executive, you will focus on supporting new client development and existing client deepening activities across the entire Commercial & Specialized Industries platform. You will have direct interaction with senior and local leaders, as well as individual bankers. And you will play a central role in driving advisory, capital markets and top payments opportunities with Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Sponsors Group, Transaction Development and Payments partners. Â

Job Responsibilities:Â
• Execution of established operating rhythms, including data analysis, report distribution and internal communications with various stakeholdersÂ
• Provide guidance to and partner with Insurance Services teammates to aid in their development and advance discipline objectivesÂ
• Development and management of comprehensive “Credit Book†for entire discipline that details comparable transactional details across each sub-sectorÂ
• Manage detailed client and prospect prioritization lists for each sub-sectorÂ
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships across the firm
• Development and management of Salesforce Dashboard to monitor and report discipline activitiesÂ
• Travel to top markets for in-person banker training and business development meetings with clients and prospectsÂ

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:Â
• Advanced knowledge of Insurance Services business modelÂ
• Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationshipsÂ
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM systemÂ
• Advanced understanding of Commercial Banking credit and treasury productsÂ
• Strong oral and written communication skillsÂ
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resourcesÂ
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding goals; proven top individual contributor Â
• Sales management and business development skills Â
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hireÂ

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
• Master’s degree and formal credit training preferred  Â
• Strong creative solution and problem solving abilitiesÂ
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationshipsÂ
• Proven ability to self-start and complete complicated projectsÂ
