Duties:-
1) Credit Card Sales from Branch
2) Manning of all alloted Branch through proper Hiring
3) Maintaing good relationship with Area Head & Driving Cross Sell Targets
4) Resolving customer complaints on time
5) Need to handle team size of 10 to 15 Sales Executives

2) Separate Targets of 3 PVR Savings Account per BRE
3) Improving Open Market sourcing through walking customers at Branch
4) Driving Quality Sourcing as per company policy
5) Driving RO/RM sourcing through PA/PQ base
