Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer requirements.
Use a laptop, smartphone, and data connection for remote work.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Knowledge of organic health supplements is a plus.
