Responsibilities
• Client and partner communication and resolution of issues
• Development of relationship strategies with partners and clients
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop strategies.
• Research on clients, partners, and competitors
• Creation of presentations, reports, and materials for stakeholders
• Sending quotations and invoices to clients and ensuring prompt payment
Qualifications
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and professional demeanor
