Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting clients in understanding and selecting insurance products, and regularly following up on client queries. The role involves understanding client needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer service and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and customer support

• Knowledge of insurance products and market trends

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
